To ensure transparency, IMELA Conveyance terms and conditions applies to all bookings. By booking our services (online, email, or by telephone), you consent to our terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services. 

‍Terminology:

‍ ‍“Booking” is reservation made for service with IMELA Conveyance LLC.

‍ ‍“Client, Customer, or You,” is the person or company booking the service and responsible for payment.

‍“Passenger” is the person travelling under the booking.

‍ ‍“Vehicle” is the car used in providing services.

‍“Services” is for private ground transportation and any related services arrange.

‍“Hire Period” is the accumulative time from the scheduled departure until arrival at destination.

‍ ‍“Third‑Party Provider” is an external company or contractor engaged by IMELA Conveyance LLC to provide supportive services.

‍ ‍“No‑Show” is when a Passenger fails to appear for pick‑up at the agreed time and location.

‍‍‍A quote is an estimate only, based on information supplied at the time of enquiry.

‍ ‍Unless stated otherwise in your quote, congestion charges, parking, and fuel costs are included in the quoted price.

‍ ‍Quotes do not include additional waiting time, route changes, extra stops, or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. traffic delays) unless specifically stated.

‍ ‍We reserve the right to adjust the final price to reflect actual services provided.

Booking and Payment

* Unless agreed upon in writing, all bookings must be pre-paid in full prior to service.

* We accept: All major Credit and debit Cards, and ACH Transfers.

* Contracted partners and accounts may be approved for scheduled invoice– Often, due 14 days after invoice date, unless agreed upon in writing. Account opening is subject to minimum monthly expenses and our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unresolved invoice or outstanding payment.

* All prices are in USA ($).

* No surcharge on Debit cards payments.

* Credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge where applicable and permitted by law.

* We do not store full card details.

* Charges will appear on your statement as IMELA Conveyance LLC.

‍‍* Since we originate from North Dakota, Sales Taxes are excluded in pricing and Quote, subject to state and federal laws.

* Same-day reservations are not available.

* On rare exceptions, if accepted, same-day service will incur late reservation charges (currently up to 25%).

Surcharges, Parking & Tolls

* Our fixed-quotes does not include tolls, parking, or congestion charge, as these charges differ, and are often billed directly to the company.

Cancellations

* Cancellations must be received during business hours (8am - 6pm Mon - Sat) via online contact form, or by phone (+1 (701) 518 4351)with a life agent. After-hours voicemails will be reviewed the next business day.

* Cancellations received within 7 days before departure, 100% of all paid amount will be refunded (less any payment processing fees).

* Cancellation received within 144 to 72 hours (6 to 3 days) before departure schedule, 25% of all payments made will be non‑refundable.

* Cancellation received within 48 hours (2 days) before departure schedule, 50% of all payments made will be non‑refundable.

* Cancellation received within 24 hours (1 day) before departure schedule, 100% of all payments made will be non‑refundable.

* A no-show, no contact with IMELA, or the driver, activates full charges after 15 minutes complimentary wait-time, and journey may be canceled; additional wait time may accrue $2.00 per minute.

* We may cancel a journey due to Acts of God, other force majeure, or severe weather; full payment will be refunded (less any payment processing fees).

* We may also cancel booking if full payment is not received; safety or legal concerns arise, breach of service terms; or circumstances beyond our control preventing us from fulfilling the booking.

* All approved refunds will be processed via original payment method. Processing times will vary based on financial institutions.

* Journey may be terminated if a passenger engages in unsafe conduct; unauthorized route changes or unreasonable demands that compromise safety or legal requirements. Passenger will still be liable for full fare, damages and cleaning charges if applicable.

General Terms

* We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to departure for all bookings.

* By providing your email address, you permit us to contact you for services.

* You consent that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including road traffic, accidents, breakdowns etc. The driver will maintain safe driving to accommodate legal speed limit, traffic, and road conditions.

* It is your responsibility to ensure that address, dates, and times are correct prior to booking.

* We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at the time of payment. You have consented to our terms and conditions by booking our services.

* For regular pick-ups (non‑airport): We offer 15 minutes complimentary wait time from the scheduled departure time. Thereafter, waiting time is charged in 15‑minute increments at the applicable hourly rate for the type of service – often $2.00 per minute.

* Drivers will travel via appropriate route, except, instructed otherwise by the Client at the time of booking. Any additional services, route changes, extra stops, or extensions beyond the original booking may incur additional charges at current rates.

‍* Damages to a vehicle by a client including damages from smoking, spills, stains, or soils (including vomiting), will be billed accordingly for repairs and valeting required to reinstate the vehicle to operational standard. We may provide substitute vehicles as necessary to continue quality service.

* The driver may authorize clients to eat and drink on board, however, any damage resulting in detailed clean‑up will incur cleaning fee. You will not be responsible for repair cost due to accidents caused by external factors beyond your control.

* We and our drivers maintain the right to refuse services to any passenger who is perceived to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We may refuse service to a client whose behavior poses threat to the driver, the vehicle, or any other passenger(s).

* We are not liable for any item(s) left in passenger compartment. In accordance with Federal Transportation requirements, we record all lost property found in our vehicles. Where possible, we will contact the Passenger or booker about items found in the vehicle, and arrange for collection or delivery. Return or delivery of items may incur additional charge.

* We are responsible for: items left in the vehicle’s trunk (luggage compartment) during the hire and will safeguard such items while in our possession; incident caused by our negligence; and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
